1. Booking & Payment
Guests must provide accurate information when making a reservation.

Payment must be made in full before check-in. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and online transfers.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 1 days before arrival qualify for a partial/full refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 0 days before check-in.

3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: 14:00 | Check-out time: 12:00

Late check-outs possibly always withoud extra cost.

4. Hostel Rules
Guests must respect quiet hours from 21:00 to 08:00.

Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability & Security
The hostel is not responsible for lost/stolen items. Guests are advised to use provided lockers.

Any damage to hostel property caused by a guest will result in additional charges.

6. Privacy Policy
Personal data collected during booking is used for reservation purposes only and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must be addressed via info@myloshostel.fi before legal actions are taken.
